Rehab Projects

When the right projects present themselves, REIProperties Columbus also specializes in interior and exterior remodeling, renovations and rehab work. Our projects start with a vision, and our contractors and craftsman focus on bringing that vision to life. Our most recent work has centered in German Village, a historic neighborhood just south of downtown Columbus, Ohio. In addition, Jeff Ihlenfield and his rehab team have completed projects in neighboring Schumacher Place, a community just east of German Village that has re-invented itself in recent years as the go-to place for urban living.
